- Breakfast: Atkins Chocolate Shake. 160 calories / 9 grams of fat / 5 carbs (before net)
- Lunch: Panda Express kids meal with steamed veggies and garlic pepper chicken. 270 calories / 14 grams fat / 23 carbs (before net)
- Dinner: 3 scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese
Exercise: I didn't do anything of note.
Notes: Trying to be as 'low carb' as possible. Not limiting fruits or veggies, just starchy carbs and sugar (pasta, bread, potatoes, anything with cane sugar / HFC). I'm also putting down the vodka and switching to water only in the evenings. I have a goal of 10/7 to be completely alcohol free until then, and even when I do drink I will limit and stay hydrated. So far I've been 'sober' since 9/25.
Goals:
- 150 lbs by Christmas (12/25/2016)
- Limiting alcohol to weekends only, but am completely alcohol free from 9/25 - 10/7
- Exercising each day in some capacity (walk Harry, stationary bike, house cleaning)
- Drink 8 - 8 oz glasses of water everyday
